  1. Individual or family health coaching  


Through phone or zoom, you will receive the personal consultation you need in regard to you or your family need in other to meet your health goals. It consists of 6 different sessions. You can either take the course as a series of 6 (60)- minute sections or
6 independent 60- minute per each section over zoom. Any order you like it.  You can as well take only one section, preferably the first section.


 

2. How to read food labels.


In this course, through phone or zoom you will learn how to read food labels. Food labelling regulations are getting more complex and trickier and so, it is harder to know the right food products. Therefore, learning how to know the difference between the junky and healthy foods is very important.
Learn about ingredient list, the quantity and the quality in each product.
You will learn how to make better choices

3.  Pantry or fridge make-over.

I will join you through phone or zoom and help you with your pantry or fridge. I will show you what type of pure foods you and your family need in other to stay healthy. At the end of the consultation, you will feel comfortable selecting your foods, and feel very happy knowing that you are selecting the nutrient dense foods for the optimal health of you and your family.

 4.  Prime time health.

Prime time health simply means, your health in the second half of your life. You will learn of health enhancing skills that actually help improve your health status. The earlier you learn all these good health enhancing skills the better for you. but you can as well start  now.    

It consists of 4 series, which includes: 1. Make your own medicine. 2. Make health your hobby. 3. Move waste from your waist. 4. Live without pain and inflammation.  You only take one of the series at a time by following the numbers above.
